Returns and Refunds
To ensure that all tea lovers in the Hejia Ecological Tea Garden can obtain the highest quality tea products and services. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can apply for return and refund according to the terms of service below to protect your rights.
return conditions
- You can make a return request within seven days of receiving the product if the product seal is intact and the product is not damaged in any way.
- The item is defective or damaged in transit.
- Received goods that do not meet the agreed specifications.
return method
- Received goods that do not meet the agreed specifications. Please send an email to the customer service email address with the order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within 1-3 business days of receiving the request.
Notes on returns
- The "appreciation period is not a trial period", considering hygiene and safety factors, if there is something unsatisfactory after receiving the product, please do not open it, keep the integrity of the product and return it (including outer packaging, gifts, etc.).
- Unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or received a product that does not meet the agreed specifications, the customer needs to bear the return shipping fee.
- Overseas shipping (delivery outside Taiwan) Except for defective products or wrong items received, overseas purchases will not accept return requests.
Return and Refund Method
- Once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned item.
- The refund processing time depends on the payment provider policy.
